Ellie loves Carlee

It’s funny how much Ellie loves Carlee.  She recently told me, “I only want one dog, not two.  Carlee, not Harper.”  She treats Carlee like her real sister.  They are playmates.  Sometimes she puts a blanket on the dog’s back and says she is a Princess.  The other day, Ellie put a pillow under her head and covered her with a blanket and pillows while she laid in the hall.  Another time, I found her covering Carlee with clothes from her closet.  Luckily, Carlee is very patient.  She hasn’t complained at all.

Hanging out

Just another morning from Idie Atencio on Vimeo.

Jack walks

He is not a full time walker, but Jack can walk.  It all depends on his mood.  Sometimes he’ll take off and cruise across the room and sometimes he sticks to speed crawling.  Here’s a look.

Accessories

Jack wants to do what Ellie does.  That includes putting hair clips in his hair.  She likes to help him accessorize.

Sun Valley Vacation

Grandma Nic turned 60, so we all met in Sun Valley to celebrate.  It was so fun being with the family and great to see some of our old friends.  And really fun vacationing in our old home town!  Here is a glimpse into the trip.

More Christmas Pictures

We had a wonderful Christmas with our out-of-town guests.  Here are some more photos from their visit.  This is the last Christmas post, I promise.  Time to move on to 2010.  Enjoy!

Thanksgiving with the Atencios

Jack is ONE!

Where did the year go?  It seems like only yesterday I had a pumpkin painted on my belly.  Here are some photos from Jack’s big day.
